At Bored & Thirsty, we believe water should be refreshing, and not filled with your regrets. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy - because sometimes thirst changes its mind.
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order lands at your doorstep to decide if we’re your hydration soulmate.
To qualify for a return, your cans must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them (we’re bold, but not reckless).
Proof of purchase is required—aka your order number or receipt.
Carefully re-package your items (bonus points if you get creative with the tape job).

You’re responsible for return shipping costs as our cans are heavy, and unfortunately, UPS won’t let us hydrate them along the way.
Once we receive your return, our crew (and Thirstin himself) will inspect it. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If something’s off (like empty cans, refills of tap water, or suspiciously “borrowed” merch), we reserve the right to deny the refund. We call that “fraud protection through hydration justice.”
Beverages: Must be unopened and intact. Sorry, if you cracked one open, it’s yours to keep (and sip).
Merchandise (hats, tees, sweats, postcards, etc.): Must be unworn, unused, and still rocking its original tags/condition.
Fraudulent returns = 🚫. Don’t even think about swapping your LaCroix for our water.
Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.
