At Bored & Thirsty, we believe getting hydrated should be as easy (and fun) as popping open one of our cans. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels from our warehouse to your hands:
We partner with an awesome Third-Party Logistics (3PL) team who packs up your water with love and ships it out using reliable carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS. (They know what they’re doing, and we trust them with your precious hydration cargo.)
Order Processing: Most orders leave our warehouse within 2–3 business days.
Transit Time: Depending on your location, expect 3–7 business days for standard shipping.
Expedited Options: Wherever available. We’re always working to offer “thirsty-now” express shipping options, and if you see expedited shipping options as available for your order, go get 'em because sometimes thirst just can't wait!
(Heads up: weekends and holidays don’t count as business days. Our crew needs to stay hydrated too.)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, order size, and how fast you need a drink!
Sometimes, we run free shipping promotions - keep an eye out for those!
Right now, we only ship within the United States (all 50 states).
Sadly, no international shipping yet but we’re thirsty for expansion. So stay tuned!
Since we rely on major carrieres like FedEx, UPS, and USPS; all deliveries are also subject to their terms and conditions (like signature requirements, delivery attempts, etc.). Once your package leaves our 3PL warehouse, it’s in their capable hands.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find it, please first check with neighbors, your front desk, or any sneaky package-hiding spots. If it’s still missing, reach out to us at thirstin@boredandthirsty.com and we’ll help investigate.
Damaged Deliveries: If your package arrives looking like it went through the the octagon, snap a photo and email us - we’ll try and make it right.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to follow your hydration’s journey.
We can’t reroute packages once they’ve been shipped, so please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Extreme weather may cause occasional delays, and remember water is heavy, and storms don’t play fair.
